Purchase Terms
All sales are final and no refunds shall be given once payment has been received by Roadrunner Cycles. In store credits may be given in some cases. Parts shall be delivered as ordered by the customer. Roadrunner Cycles is not responsible for the ordering of improper parts, improper installation of parts or improper builds. If a item is not immediately available it shall be placed on back order and delivered as soon as it becomes available. Should an item no longer be available Roadrunner Cycles shall contact the customer for an alternative part order. Roadrunner Cycles reserves the right to make changes to any part ordered or as part of any package we sell without prior notice due to errors in advertised descriptions or availability by us or the manufacturer. All parts are covered by warranty as stated by the manufacturer only, Roadrunner Cycles does not make any claims as to warranty or replacement of defective parts. All items are shipped insured and any damage incurred during shipping must be reported by the customer and claimed with the carrier service for insurance claim.
Raked Front Ends Statement
Roadrunner Cycles is not responsible for improper rake and trail due to incorrect raked triple trees ordered or for any used on any frame setup ordered. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to use the correct setup when ordering or using raked triple trees and agrees not to hold Roadrunner Cycles responsible.
